I love all the Sakura color inks/items coming out this time of year ^_^.  So when I came across this Sakura pink Kobe, I knew I had to get a bottle.  The bottle is the standard Kobe bottle without the miser, however on the top of this box is a special 150th anniversary marking.

For this review I decided to ink up my TWSBI Eco in White with Broad nib.  I thought this ink would look fantastic in a demo, and I was right!

And of course the all important time-lapse!

This is a very cute, dainty pink, but it was not love at first sight.  I think its that there isn’t a lot of saturation, there is just enough to be legible, but the color looked washed out.  It doesn’t have the neon quality that Bungubox Sweet Love Pink has, which gave that particular color the “kick” it needed.  This color does have some nice shading, but its a watery shading.  The blob has some interesting feathering going on, but feathering isn’t usually something I want.  The color feels like it is missing something, but I am glad I got to try it ^_^.  I prefer other pinks but may reach for this one every now and then.

I leave you now with this adorable photo of my doggie taking a nap ^_^
