Time to play with ink has finally found me, and it was glorious!  I ordered 5 inks from Akashi in Japan.  They came mostly in the old style Sailor bottles, but one did come in the newer style that I’m not a fan of.

It was definitely a good mail day!

The color is called Twilight Blue, at least according to the google translation, but when I opened the cap it looked more purple to me.  Maybe that is where the twilight comes in?  For this review I decided to ink up my Pilot VP Raden Galaxy, M Nib.  Small converter = always out of ink!

Time-Lapse!

The color is a deep purple/blue with a consistent amount of sheen.  The gold sheen that showed up in regular writing was sort of an ashy gold throughout.  The ink itself was very wet, and there were no flow issues at all.  It reminded me a bit of Bungubox Imperial Purple.

Another that came to my mind was Voice Blueberry Pie, but that is for an upcoming review ^_^.

I leave you now with a photo of the dog squad.
