Robert Oster Peppermint has eluded me for a bit. By the time I realized that I needed another green in my life the place I usually get my ink from was sold out. But like all good things a bottle became available and came to me across the sea!
For this review I decided to ink up my new Nakaya Piccolo Hagi ^_^. Lets take a moment to admire that beautiful nib and section with Peppermint dripping off it!

That sheen! It isn’t what I would consider a sheen monster, but its very well placed in the blob. During normal writing it did come up, but it wasn’t overpowering or predictable. It reminds me a lot of E of C, but without the glitters. Totally recommend this for its beautiful color and excellent performance. Robert Oster is a genius!
I leave you now with my heartfelt thank you to everyone who has pledged and been positive about Hippo Noto. The response has been overwhelming and I am grateful to all.
There are two days left in the campaign, but we have already unlocked all stretch goals and had an amazing journey so far. We aren’t done yet! Still taking this as far as we can go. Its not too late to join the #hipposquad!
In case you haven’t heard, our new color is a beautiful forest green with a lime strap ^_^.
I can’t wait to send these little hippos out there to the world in honor of our hippo in the sky ^_^
