I seldom use cartridges, but when I do, they are pink! Sadly Montblanc Pink Ink is no longer available in its glorious bottled form so I picked up some Pink Ink cartridges for the only pen I use cartridges with, my MB 100 Years Starwalker. This pen is absolutely gorgeous, and has been since I bought it over 10 years ago. It was my first fountain pen and despite the headaches it gave me in the early days, holds a special place in my heart.
It features a really neat real diamond finial, shaped like the MB snowflake.
These cartridges are available for the bargain price of $6.00 for 8, and come in an adorable Pink Ink box. Of course I couldnt resist getting another bottle of MB Ink as well, but that is for another review!

Of course because its not available anymore I fall madly in love with it! It reminds me a lot of Bungubox Mother Pink but with SHEEN. It has a nice golden sheen, even during normal writing. It isn’t overpowering but its more than just barely there. The saturation is more than enough to be legible and overall I found it a pleasure to use. I will probably stock up on the cartridges while I wait for a bottle at a non-ridiculous price to become available on the market.
I leave you with one more look at this gorgeous diamond finial!

It sure looks lovely! I have one pink ink … Edelstein Turmaline, and I love it.
Isn’t it typical we fall for these things that aren’t readily available 🙂
