My great love being pinks and purples, I am really not sure what took me so long to try Bungubox Mother Pink.  Perhaps the dysfunction with my own mother?  Lol ^_^.

It came in the standard lovely Bungubox packaging of Black and Gold, however I noticed that this time instead of being in a plastic secured with a little strip of Bungubox tape, this one was shrink wrapped.

It comes in my favorite Sailor bottle…

For this review I decided to ink up a matching pen!  Had so much fun with orange in the Sailor Carrot yesterday that I felt a pink pen was fitting for this.  So my Pelikan M600 Pink F Nib got to try some lovely pink ink.

Ink Blob:

This is a beautiful shade!  Very legible, and even has a tiny tiny hint of sheen in the wettest parts of the blob.  It has beautiful shading like most of the Bungubox inks do, and the flow is nice and juicy.  The color looks a lot like Kobe #41 or a much more saturated version of KN Mycena Pura.  Can’t have too many of this shade!

Not sure why I waited this long to try such an amazing pink!  Now I have to work my way through the purples… ^_^

I leave you now with these two AMAZING high res photos that John Greco of GW Pens took of my precious hippo.
